Here, time slows down, and sunsets are shared between dips in the pool and toasts beneath the stars.

The brand-new outdoor kitchen – equipped with an oven, ice maker, hob and barbecue – is the perfect spot for cooking with the scent of the sea, while the spacious covered veranda offers a dining table and cosy sofas for relaxed family meals or evenings with friends.

Inside, a rustic stone kitchen opens onto the sea through a large, light-filled window. The three double bedrooms – each with private bathroom, independent entrance, and air conditioning – ensure privacy and tranquillity. The third bedroom, slightly separate and set on a lower level, offers a unique panorama and an unparalleled sense of peace.

The rooms can also be configured with one double room and two single rooms.

The terraced garden, gently sloping towards the cliff edge, reveals poetic glimpses of the landscape and the silent embrace of Salento’s wild nature. Villa La Teresina comes fully equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, ironing facilities, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, outdoor showers and a guest WC.
